Assist cross‑functional teams in defining project scope, schedule, and budget inputs. Contribute to Engineering Change planning by gathering information and helping coordinate with stakeholders across Bombardier sites in Mexico, Canada, USA. Track priorities across projects and support schedule updates and communication. Identify potential risks and support mitigation planning and follow‑up. Assist in preparing budget and resource allocation information. Help prepare project status reports for different governance levels of the organization. Support Integrated Product Development Team (IPDT) cross‑functional reviews. Qualifications You have a Bachelors degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent working experience, with some interest in project coordination, engineering, manufacturing, and aerospace. You have a basic understanding of Program/Project Management processes and principles. You have exposure to aircraft technical and/or manufacturing environments, through internships, co‑ops, academic projects, or early career experience. You demonstrate a professional attitude and strong communication skills: you are fluent in both English and Spanish. French is an asset. You have good organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and commitment to your responsibilities. You show initiative, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with guidance. You are curious and motivated to grow your technical and project management knowledge. You demonstrate problem‑solving skills and sound judgment to help move projects forward. You have good digital skills. Exposure to structural and/or systems development is an asset.
