As an IT Systems Engineer I, you will be a member of a global (worldwide) technical and infrastructure team, which consists of more than 10 people, spread over different regions (US, APAC, EMEA, and LATAM). Role Responsibilities Deploy and support new and existing technologies in the area of servers, storage, and backup solutions within our global and/or regional datacenters. Many new challenges will give you the opportunity to develop your skillsets and to assure the highest satisfaction level of our new technologies and infrastructure. Installation and maintenance of hardware/software, virtualization, storage, backups, and Cisco UCS servers. Propose opportunities for improvement in our general technical infrastructure area to increase the satisfaction level of our customers. Strong collaboration and teamwork with your colleagues across the globe is a key component to be successful. Experience solving a range of problems with the ability to analyze possible solutions using standard procedures, vendor expertise, and innovative thinking. At this level, may elevate more complex issues. Technologies that you will focus on are Windows Server OS *********, Virtualization, Cisco UCS, Storage, Backup, Active Directory Administration and Engineering, Citrix, Monitoring and Deployment tools, Microsoft Cloud, and other areas of networking. This role will also need to be able to assist in an on‑call rotation. Minimum Qualifications 2+ years of IT experience in a technically-related role. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Broad IT experience and high-interest level to deploy new technologies. Extremely high appetite to learn new technologies. Creative and analytical mindset. Work independently and take ownership. Strong team player. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Travel to our regional locations (ad hoc basis). On‑Call rotation during nights and weekends.
