If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.## Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams that build great products and contribute to our growth, we are looking to add a **Planner Scheduler** located at the **Aguascalientes Site, Mexico.**Reporting to the **Materials Director**, the Planner Scheduler will be responsible for coordinating daily production schedules, ensuring continuous material flow, and maintaining system accuracy, collaborating with operations to optimize processes and work order follow‐up.### What a typical day looks like:• Create daily production schedules. • Ensure deadlines are met. • Ensure scheduling efficiency through the use of CTB (Clear to Build). • Serve as a liaison between the material account manager and program teams in demand management. • Work closely with production personnel on accountability and productivity matters. • Plan efficient process transactions with production personnel to ensure zero downtime. • Ensure smooth transaction of the manufacturing process to raw materials. • Develop strategies and collaborate with operations teams on capacity and equipment utilization. • Work closely with operations to ensure smooth flow from raw materials to the finished product stage. • Provide training to staff members when necessary. • Report on key metrics as required. • Preparation of specific management and CFT reports. • Monitor system accuracy on a daily/weekly basis / item master data, routing, bill of materials, CFT data / unconsumed demand, planned work orders, data analysis from capacity studies. • Follow up on Work Orders.### The experience we are looking to add to our team:• Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree completed. • Experience in a similar position. • Intermediate English desirable. • Knowledge of BAAN. • Knowledge of inventory, kitting, and cycle counts. • Knowledge of Flex Flow. • Knowledge of Kinaxis as a plus. • Experience in personnel management.### What you will receive for the great work you provide:• Competitive salary. • Medical and life insurance. • Christmas bonus. • Food vouchers. • Savings fund.CP68#J-18808-Ljbffr
