Hence achieving our vision. Role Overview As a Sr. Customer-Facing Solutions Architect , you will serve as the primary technical partner and trusted advisor to our enterprise clients. This role demands a high level of professional seniority, blending deep technical mastery in C# and systems architecture with the executive presence required to lead complex, high-stakes client conversations. You will translate ambiguous business requirements into robust technical strategies, guiding clients through the design, development, and deployment of complex solutions utilizing Smartsheet, the Smartsheet API, and enterprise-grade integrations. You will be the technical face of Concentrix, commanding authority in the room while driving technical alignment across multi-disciplinary client stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead Strategic Client Engagements: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise clients, driving high-level design sessions, scoping technical requirements, and steering architecture conversations with client-side stakeholders (from developers to C-level executives). Technical Advisory & Consulting: Act as the subject matter expert (SME) on Smartsheet product capabilities, APIs, and extensibility scenarios, confidently advising clients on best practices, risk mitigation, and scalable performance-driven solutions. Presales & Feasibility Scoping: Partner closely with the Sales and Account teams to determine technical solution feasibility, architect preliminary high-level designs, and provide accurate costing/effort estimates for new client engagements. Solution Architecture & Design: Design, document, and present sophisticated technical solutions (including middleware applications for automation, data migration, and third-party system integrations) that directly align with client business objectives. Relationship & Project Management: Manage critical aspects of technical projects—including client relationships, delivery timelines, and milestones—ensuring absolute alignment between client expectations and technical execution. Quality Oversight & Mentorship: Review and validate solution designs produced by other team architects, providing formal peer-to-peer feedback and coaching to maintain a premium standard of delivery for clients. Hands-on Development: Develop, build, test, and deploy custom software solutions leveraging C# and a wide array of enterprise product and third-party APIs. Qualifications Senior Client-Facing Experience: 5+ years of experience in a dedicated customer-facing, technical consulting, or advisory role within an enterprise environment, with a proven track record of managing complex client relationships. Technical Seniority (C#): Strong, hands-on background in C# development, system design patterns, and large data volume best practices. Executive Communication: Exceptional conversational and written English fluency, with the ability to articulate highly complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical business stakeholders and technical teams alike. Enterprise Architecture: Deep understanding of systems architecture, SaaS/iPaaS applications, and the ability to design scalable, secure, and performance-driven integrations. Autonomy & Drive: Proven ability to command a room, steer client expectations, and drive projects from abstract concept through to successful completion with minimal guidance. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Bonus Skills Experience with Node, Python, or Java. Knowledge of data integration methodologies and experience connecting SaaS applications with enterprise business systems (ETL, CRM, business analytics, ERP, etc.).
