Job Title Business Analyst with ecommerce Domain Experience Location Mexico City, Mexico (Bilingual Spanish/English required) Work Mode Work from office Department eCommerce/IT/Business Strategy Job Summary We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Business Analyst with eCommerce expertise and strong experience in Agile methodologies to join our team. In this role, the candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring the successful delivery of eCommerce solutions that drive our business forward. The candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and collaborating within Agile teams to deliver high‑quality eCommerce solutions. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders (product managers, marketing teams, sales) to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements for eCommerce projects. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify eCommerce trends and customer preferences in Spanish‑speaking markets. Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Work closely with Agile teams, including product owners, developers, and testers, to ensure smooth sprint planning and execution. Analyze and optimize eCommerce workflows, including website functionality, customer experience, payment systems, and supply chain processes. Support the development and rollout of new eCommerce features, ensuring they align with business goals and customer expectations. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, eCommerce, or a related field. Experience: 5+ years as a Business Analyst, preferably within the eCommerce industry. Proven experience on eCommerce platforms (e.g., Oracle Commerce, Commercetools, Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce). Strong experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and working in Agile environments. Experience in customer journey mapping, user experience (UX) optimization, and digital marketing analytics. Technical Skills Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies. Familiarity with project management and Agile tools (Jira, Trello, Confluence). Strong knowledge of eCommerce metrics and performance analysis. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with international markets, particularly in Latin America. Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing best practices. Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) or eCommerce platforms. Certification or training in Agile methodologies (Certified Scrum Master, Agile Certified Practitioner). #J-18808-Ljbffr
