Job Description Develop design engineering solutions that meet the safety, ergonomics, quality, and productivity standards established by design manuals and best practices in the aerospace industry. Ensure that designs comply with technical specifications, manufacturing requirements, and customer performance standards. What You Will Do Deliver design engineering solutions that promote safety, ergonomics, quality, and productivity, following Design Manuals and best engineering practices for aircraft components. Apply strong understanding of materials and their properties to ensure compliance with safety, performance, and reliability standards. Support operations and manufacturing processes, ensuring alignment with established engineering specifications and standards. Lead and participate in Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) activities to identify, analyze, and resolve internal and external quality issues. Propose and implement corrective and preventive actions to enhance product quality and process efficiency. Demonstrate creativity and innovation in developing optimized designs that improve performance, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of design outputs and successful product implementation. Qualifications You Must Have Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Aerospace Engineering. Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in product design and development. Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written – 90%). Knowledge of GD&T for precise dimensioning and tolerance of design components. Proven experience in creating 3D structural models using CATIA V5. Proficiency in PLM systems such as Enovia, Teamcenter, or similar tools.
