Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented part time HR Administrative Assistant to support our People Operations team. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, and ensuring a smooth and compliant HR experience across the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Key Responsibilities Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, equipment requests, and scheduling Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and compliance Schedule interviews, manage job postings, and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process Support HR compliance by assisting with audits and maintaining required documentation Draft internal communications and support company culture initiatives and events Provide general administrative support to the People Operations team Required Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in an administrative role (HR experience preferred) Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar) Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information Preferred Qualifications Experience using HRIS platforms (e.g., BambooHR, Gusto, Workday) Familiarity with recruitment coordination and HR processes If this opportunity sounds good to you, please send us your resume! #J-18808-Ljbffr
