At IBM Consulting, curiosity fuels success. You’ll be encouraged to challenge the norm, explore new ideas, and create innovative solutions that deliver real results. Our culture of growth and empathy focuses on your long-term career development while valuing your unique skills and experiences. Your Role and Responsibilities Responsible for leading the change management strategy and execution for Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Logistics processes within the framework of a large-scale digital transformation involving SAP S/4HANA implementation—acting as the primary change management reference for these business areas—and ensuring that supply planning, plant maintenance, warehouse, and distribution teams effectively adopt the new processes, tools, and ways of working resulting from the transformation. The role works closely with functional leaders in Supply, Maintenance, and Logistics, process owners, and SAP teams—translating the impacts of process redesign into concrete adoption plans—managing organizational resistance in highly critical operational environments, with field teams, plant operators, and maintenance profiles that historically show greater resistance to digital transformation—and ensuring that the transition to new operational models for planning, asset management, warehousing, and distribution is executed without operational disruption. Additionally, it leads the execution of the change management plan for its areas—coordinates supply, maintenance, and logistics super users and change agents—designs and implements communication, engagement, and training interventions tailored by profile and role, considering the heterogeneity and geographical dispersion typical of these populations—and reports progress, risks, and adoption metrics to the Change Management Lead of the program. Required Technical and Professional Expertise Extensive experience in Change Management, Organizational Transformation, or Process Consulting, with proven participation in digital transformation or ERP implementation projects in Supply Chain, Maintenance, Warehouses, Logistics, or Distribution areas, and sufficient functional knowledge of these processes to anticipate impacts, manage conversations with operations leaders, and design relevant and contextualized change interventions for operational and technical profiles. Especially experienced in S/4HANA projects covering modules such as MM, WM/EWM, PP, PM, TM, or S/4HANA Asset Management and Supply Chain, in manufacturing, consumer goods, chemical, or distribution companies with highly complex operations, with exposure to multi-site environments including production plants, distribution centers, and geographically dispersed maintenance teams. Ability to manage managerial and executive-level stakeholders in operations, plant, and logistics areas. Ability to adapt language and change approaches to operational populations with low prior exposure to digital transformations. Strong competencies in facilitation, communication, and leadership of change agent networks in environments with high operational pressure, plant continuity, and accelerated transformation. Preferred Technical and Professional Experience Exposure to AI Applications: Familiarity with applying AI concepts to business transformation and change management, including leveraging AI-driven insights to inform strategic decisions. Behavioral Science Knowledge: Understanding of behavioral science principles and their application in organizational change management, enabling the cultivation of essential leadership qualities and attitudes. Human-Centered Design Thinking: Exposure to human-centered design thinking and its role in developing innovative solutions that prioritize human needs and experiences. #J-18808-Ljbffr
