About the role The Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. We're looking for a Finance & Strategy Manager to drive our business planning process, identifying and measuring growth and profitability initiatives. What you'll be doing Leading strategic and financial planning processes (e.g., monthly reviews, forecasts, annual budget), and assisting with decision making regarding resource allocation and prioritisation Building and owning financial forecast models, including scenario and in-depth ad‑hoc analyses Providing financial insights to stakeholders by developing frameworks for revenue and margins across countries, customer segments, and products Driving and measuring growth and profitability initiatives, including setting pricing, improving margins, assessing new features and regions, etc. What you'll need 2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or strategy consulting at a top‑tier company Excellent quantitative and technical skills, including complex financial modelling and data analysis, using tools such as SQL, MS Excel, or Python Robust working knowledge of accounting and financial reporting standards An understanding of the logic behind financial models, and the ability to make projections based on business drivers, not trends A track record of delivering results in a cross‑functional, high‑performance environment A degree from a top university in finance or economics Excellent verbal and written communication skills Nice to have Experience in a similar role in a fast growing fintech or tech scale‑up A CFA or other relevant industry certifications An MBA from a top‑tier university Building a global financial super app isn’t enough.
