Apply a strong understanding of materials and their properties to ensure compliance with safety, performance, and reliability standards. Support operations and manufacturing processes, ensuring alignment with established engineering specifications and standards. Lead and participate in Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) activities to identify, analyze, and resolve internal and external quality issues. Propose and implement corrective and preventive actions to enhance product quality and process efficiency. Demonstrate creativity and innovation in developing optimized designs that improve performance, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of design outputs and successful product implementation. Qualifications You Must Have Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Aerospace Engineering. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in product design and development. Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written – 90%). Solid knowledge of GD&T for precise dimensioning and tolerance of design components. Proven experience creating 3D structural models using CATIA V5. Proficiency in PLM systems such as Enovia, Teamcenter, or similar tools.
