About The Role The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is the operational backbone of CVG Global Seating's recruiting process. This role owns the logistics that keep hiring moving — scheduling and coordinating interviews, managing interview feedback, posting open requisitions, and driving pre-employment steps to completion. Acting as the primary point of contact for candidates once they enter the interview process, the Coordinator ensures a smooth, professional, and timely experience for candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams alike. This role partners closely with the TA Sourcers, who hand off qualified candidates, and with the Manager of Talent Acquisition throughout the hire decision and offer process. Key Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate hiring manager and team/panel assessment interviews across candidates, interviewers, and multiple sites or time zones, managing all associated logistics (calendar invites, meeting links, rooms, travel as needed). Manage and consolidate interview feedback from hiring managers and interview panels, ensuring timely completion and routing to support hire decisions. Post and maintain open requisitions on the careers site, job boards, and social media platforms, ensuring postings are accurate, approved, and aligned with employer branding. Coordinate pre-employment steps, including background checks, pre-employment verifications, and onboarding documentation, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires. Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, managing communications such as invitations, confirmations, updates, and follow-ups. Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and compliant candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Support the Manager of Talent Acquisition and recruiters with reporting, recruitment metrics, and process‑improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications Two or more years of experience supporting a recruiting, HR, or administrative function. Demonstrated experience coordinating schedules and managing logistics in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. Prior experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Recruiting Specialist or HR Assistant. Advance English. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field Experience in a manufacturing, automotive, or industrial environment. Familiarity with background‑check and pre‑employment verification processes. Working knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and calendar/scheduling tools. Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ideally Workday.
