We are currently seeking a skilled General Accounting Analyst to join our finance team. Key Responsibilities Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records. Manage account reconciliations and clearance processes across multiple balance sheet accounts. Monitor and control prepaid expenses and insurance accounts . Review and follow up on travel expense reports and related accounts . Prepare monthly reports, reconciliations, and trial balance reviews . Support the Accounting Manager during month-end closing activities . Assist in internal and external audits , including preparation of schedules and reconciliations. Ensure compliance with Mexican tax and payroll regulations (ISN, IMSS, ISR, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, etc.). Deliver a high level of service and responsiveness to internal stakeholders . Handle accounting processes for entities with large headcount (HC) . Proactively monitor and assess changes in legislation and ensure proper implementation. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Contaduría Pública) . Minimum 4 years of experience in general accounting. Experience working with large headcount entities (preferred). Strong hands-on approach and problem-solving skills. Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken). Experience with Oracle ERP (required). Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel . Strong communication and interpersonal skills .
