What You\'ll Do Build measurement frameworks and KPIs that connect campaign and creative performance to client business goals. Lead monthly and quarterly reporting that turns complex performance data into clear insights, trends, and recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders. Partner with strategy and creative teams to identify audience patterns, market opportunities, and consumer insights that strengthen briefs and improve decision-making. Support scenario modeling and forward-looking analysis to help evaluate the likely impact of strategic and creative shifts. Improve internal dashboards, reporting tools, and business intelligence resources so performance data is easier to access and use. Work closely with account management to monitor campaign health, track progress against agreed success metrics, and identify opportunities for deeper strategic support. Collaborate with finance and cross-functional partners to connect marketing performance to broader business results such as revenue growth and brand impact. Manage relationships with external data providers, research partners, and analytics vendors. Strengthen data quality by improving collection, cleaning, reporting, and analysis processes over time. What Success Looks Like In the first 6 to 12 months, success in this role will look like: Creating reporting and measurement frameworks that give clients and internal teams a clearer view of performance and ROI. Improving the quality and usefulness of insights so strategy, creative, and account teams can make better decisions faster. Identifying audience, market, and campaign trends that lead to stronger briefs, sharper recommendations, and better-performing work. Building dashboards and analysis workflows that reduce friction and make performance data more accessible across teams. Helping connect campaign performance to broader business outcomes in a way that strengthens client confidence and internal planning. What We\'re Looking For We are looking for someone who combines strong analytical skill with sound business judgment and agency fluency. The strongest candidates will bring: A bachelor\'s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing Analytics, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in data analysis, marketing analytics, or strategy, ideally within a creative, media, or digital agency environment. Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation, analysis, and insight generation. Hands-on experience with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Google Data Studio. A solid understanding of marketing performance metrics, including CAC, ROAS, brand lift, and platform analytics. The ability to explain technical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders across creative, strategy, account, and leadership teams.
