DEWALT Brand Manager – Hybrid – Mexico City, Mexico The Brand Category Manager is responsible for executing and analyzing all go-to-market activities for a specific category and brand throughout the product life cycle. The role includes developing strategic plans, managing budgets, and collaborating cross-functionally with sales, product, and commercial teams. Responsibilities Execute regional guidelines on Where to Play and How to Win based on local reality. Generate demand and growth by adapting the regional OGSM (strategies) to the local market. Design and execute the regional Brand Category strategy via the annual activity calendar and integrated marketing plans. Develop the local Go-To-Market strategy including portfolio selection, distribution objectives, incentive programs, pricing and promotions (Implement – Monitor – Improve). Develop launch plans for new product introductions (NPIs) and create full 360 marketing plans integrating channels, client activation, incentives, and KPIs. Act as point of contact for line reviews and customer presentations. Manage profit & loss to drive revenue, profitability, and growth; maintain performance via KPI management. Own the integrated business planning (IBP) process. Lead cross‑functional communication and strategy across local and regional product, brand, and commercial/sales teams. Analyze industry and competitor trends to identify opportunities for defense and growth. Conduct quarterly pricing reviews and decisions based on input from product managers and regional general managers. Qualifications At least 5 years of marketing, sales, or engineering experience, with product management experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Marketing Management, Engineering, or related field. Strong project management skills; PMO education is a plus. Experience working in a global organization is a plus. Fluent English (spoken and written) is a must. Commercial acumen and financial analysis capability. Excellent time management, attention to detail, and presentation skills. Innovative, analytical, data‑driven thinker.
