Position Senior Salesforce Administrator / Technical Lead Remote / Hybrid Full-time English Required About the Role We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator / Technical Lead with strong hands-on experience supporting complex Salesforce environments, integrations, and operational processes. This role requires advanced troubleshooting capabilities, L3 support experience, and the ability to work across multiple systems and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate combines deep Salesforce administration expertise with integration knowledge, strong communication skills, and leadership capabilities. Key Responsibilities Salesforce Administration & Operations Perform advanced Salesforce administration and platform configuration. Configure and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, flows, validation rules, permissions, and automations. Manage user access, security configurations, and operational platform maintenance. Support and maintain connected third-party applications and integrations. Execute platform operational tasks and environment maintenance activities. L3 Support & Troubleshooting Serve as the primary escalation point for Level 3 (L3) Salesforce support issues. Troubleshoot complex production issues, integrations, and platform incidents. Support migration activities and resolve technical challenges during deployments and transitions. Ensure platform stability, reliability, and operational continuity across environments. Integration & Architecture Support Salesforce integrations with enterprise systems using APIs and middleware solutions. Work with MuleSoft-connected environments and integration troubleshooting. Maintain multi-org Salesforce environments and ensure consistency across platforms. Leadership & Collaboration Mentor junior administrators and support team members. Review technical work and ensure quality standards. Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to translate operational needs into technical solutions. Required Qualifications 7–10 years of Salesforce experience. Strong Salesforce Administration background. Advanced experience providing L3 Support. Experience supporting migration activities and production deployments. Experience troubleshooting integrations and connected systems. Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken). Experience working in complex enterprise environments. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with MuleSoft integrations. Experience with multi-org Salesforce environments. Salesforce certifications are a plus. Experience leading or mentoring technical teams.
