Job Description You will act as the center of control, ensuring day‑to‑day functions run smoothly. Your responsibilities include budget oversight, expense management, ordering supplies, and handling calls and emails. How You Will Contribute Provide administrative support and build effective relationships with stakeholders. Carry out duties related to budget, expenses, and purchasing processes. Answer calls and emails, responding to queries and requests appropriately. Manage archiving and filing in line with statutory requirements and company policy. Complete and update reports and maintain systems and data. Undertake additional projects and tasks as requested. Coordinate logistics for travel, events, meetings, and training. What You Will Bring Experience in administration and support roles. Highly developed customer service orientation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Attention to detail, proactive attitude, strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent teamwork and ability to anticipate needs.
