Director of Construction (Luxury Residential) – Ultra-Luxury Resort / Destination Community Location: Baja California Sur, Mexico Salary: USD $150,000 - $185,000 per year + bonus + medical insurance + 401k Overview A landmark ultra-luxury destination community on Mexico’s Pacific Coast is seeking a Director of Vertical Construction for the Ultra Luxury component of a vast and world class ultra high‑end community. You will lead the delivery of an exceptional portfolio of luxury residences, villas, branded homes, and supporting vertical assets within a world‑class master‑planned environment. Key Responsibilities Lead delivery of ultra‑luxury residences, villas and vertical residential assets from preconstruction through handover. Manage contractors, consultants, architects, engineers and interior design teams to ensure seamless execution. Oversee programme, budgets, quality, procurement, constructability and project risk. Protect design intent and uphold exceptional finish standards expected within an ultra‑luxury environment. Coordinate permitting, reporting, stakeholder communication and project governance. Drive on‑site execution, problem solving and timely delivery across multiple projects. Requirements Led delivery of ultra‑luxury residential, hospitality or destination real estate projects. Experience overseeing high‑end custom homes, villas, branded residences or luxury vertical developments. Ownership‑side, developer or top‑tier contractor experience preferred.
