We’re seeking an experienced commercial leader to drive growth across Latin America. If you’re passionate about expanding market presence, building strong customer relationships, and leading strategic sales initiatives across a diverse region, this role is for you. What You’ll Do As the LATAM Sales Manager , you will: Own the commercial performance of a key product line across the region (turnover + margin responsibility) Lead a smooth transition from the retiring incumbent, ensuring continuity of customer relationships Develop and execute strategic programs that accelerate growth and expand market share Constantly monitor performance KPIs and take smart corrective actions when needed Strengthen existing business while identifying and driving new opportunities that deliver added value Manage regional sales efforts with a focus on cost efficiency Gather and share market insights, customer needs, and competitive intelligence Represent the company at technical and commercial conferences to enhance market reputation What We’re Looking For Degree in a relevant field or equivalent hands‑on industry experience 10+ years in Sales or Business Development, ideally working with multinational customers and managing distributors Experience selling polymer additives, polyolefins or other polymers and knowledge of polymer compounding Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams Strong communication skills in Spanish and English.
