Art Director (Focused on asset adaptation) Monks is seeking a talented production designer to further their skills in digital asset production, content design, and retouching. In this senior‑level role, you will join a dedicated global team in producing top‑quality content for the product interfaces of one of the world’s most recognizable brands. Responsibilities Specialize in the design of static visuals for a wide variety of channels, including product interfaces, social media, and display advertising. Work as part of a dedicated global team of designers, illustrators, animators, editors, and art directors who produce world‑class work across time zones. Harmonize speed, style, and scale to produce large volumes of good‑looking assets at a steady pace. Maintain pixel‑perfect quality, working closely with QA testers. Ensure designs adhere to guidelines and are consistent across ad formats, dimensions, and languages. Collaborate directly with art directors on the client side, representing .monks from a design POV. About you Approximately 6 years of experience crafting digital ads and assets. Solid Photoshop and Illustrator skills; Sketch or Figma are bonuses. Proficient in silhouetting; additional retouching skills are a plus. Meticulous organization of files, layers, and folders. Able to take charge of tasks independently, collaborate with clients, and proactively lead projects. Contribute across stages of the production process, from setting styles and layouts to cutting formats and language versioning. Consistently create balanced and beautiful layouts. Avid seeker of process efficiencies. Capable of handling repetitive tasks while staying focused. Fluent in English and knowledgeable about production tricks. Excellent communicator comfortable working with designers worldwide.
