Responsibilities Establish and manage relationships with internal/external clients and with independent external agencies (tag agents, dealers) to facilitate title and/or registration vehicle transaction processing. Effectively manage state portfolio for all types of units required; provide analysis, and recommendations in support of titling process. Acquire and retain information related to different state requirements. Follow‑up to ensure transactions are completed accurately and timely. Partner with other Operations and Client Business units to ensure proper guidance, education or updates for the title & registration of units during the title & registration process. Assist other team members as needed with their assigned work to ensure departmental goals and objectives are achieved by monitoring title quest queue based on assigned region and leveraging capacity where needed to assist in team goal. Provide support, where applicable, to the FPS Partner around client initiatives, challenges and objectives. Facilitate the maintenance of a title through the life of the vehicle, which may include processing, buy lease backs, ownership transfers, title corrections, duplicate titles, lease assumptions, corporate name changes, and transaction follow up. Follow Title Management Processing procedures when processing each type of transaction. May also include title management projects where multiple units for one client are in need of processing, collaboration of employee and project team will be necessary to accomplish goals. Education and Experience High School Diploma. 2‑or 4‑year degree preferred. 2‑3 years professional experience in an office environment. 1‑3 years experience in a customer service professional role. Automotive industry experience highly desired. Knowledge and Competencies MS Office – proficient in Excel (add data to cells, use SUM function, sort data), Word (create documents). Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to manage time and prioritize multiple tasks to effectively and efficiently serve clients. Attention to detail. Strong work ethic. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced organization, able to shift to different priorities. Ability to work independently and function within a team environment. Initiative and problem‑solving ability. Excellent customer service skills. Critical thinking – ability to think through logical process flow and identify opportunities for improvement.
