Clarify any doubt working together with Schneider end users. Support the end user with fulfillment issues. Resolve blocked invoices working together with the vendor, end user and Accounts Payable. Collaborate to investigate further about our internal customers and their needs. Participate in the P2P Transformation as ambassador of the change. Purchase Orders archiving. Qualifications Associate's or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, industrial engineering or related fields. Excellent communication skills. English proficiency 85%. Ability to work independently, handle pressure, be flexible and comfortable in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. Customer Service oriented. Basic to medium Excel skills. Project Management skills.
