Responsibilities Customer Delivery Manager, lead delivery of our unit products from scoping, design, implementation, testing and deployment into production. Lead all the related customer activities, including negotiation, identifying change requests, training and other activities. Work closely with implementation, R&D and product teams to deliver on time, on budget and on quality. Extensive experience in development, including work in Agile development environments. Team player with very strong capabilities to mitigate time/resource constraints. Highly motivated and self‑sufficient. Technical Skills High capability to understand business requirements, estimate, and create a final quote. Need to handle in times part of the implementation due to resource constraints. Understand the product’s capabilities and convey such knowledge to customers. Education / Experience 1st degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering. Detailed List Of Competencies 3 years of experience Progressive experience in delivering and/or supporting complex software solutions and service/product implementations. Extensive experience in development, including work in Agile development environments.
