Under the direction of the Warehouse Supervisor, provides the requested production materials and ships them to other plants. Responsibilities Provides materials from their respective locations. Deducts each material issued from the inventory ledger. Performs manual counts of parts or uses the electronic scale. Packs the provided materials appropriately. Helps maintain the warehouse area in an orderly, clean, and safe condition. Reports any discrepancies or differences in the inventories under their responsibility promptly. Is responsible for the proper use of equipment in the performance of their duties. Assists in the performance of other warehouse functions. Qualifications Shure employees applying as candidates must have an outstanding attendance record (no more than 2 unexcused absences within a 6‑month period) and at least 6 months of seniority with the company. External candidates must have at least one year of experience in the position. Middle School education. Ability to work effectively in a team and achieve goals. Strong interpersonal skills.
