Key Responsibilities Develop and provide accurate electrical harness quotes based on customer requirements. Interpret 2D technical drawings, and understand bills of materials (BOM) to ensure accurate quoting and sourcing of components. Collaborate with customers to gather all necessary details to produce effective and competitive quotes. Utilize knowledge of electrical components, connectors, terminals, wires, cables, and gauges to source the correct materials and ensure accuracy in quoting. Ensure that quotes meet customer specifications while being cost-effective for the company. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of UL standards and industry best practices. Work closely with the sales and engineering teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution. Manage and monitor the progress of quoted projects to ensure deadlines and specifications are met. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in electrical harness quoting and interpretation of 2D technical drawings. Strong understanding of electrical components, connectors, terminals, wires, cables, and gauges. Familiarity with UL standards and regulations for electrical components. Proficient in Microsoft Office and quoting software tools. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Ability to analyze and interpret technical documents and customer specifications. Knowledge of electrical industry trends and best practices. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a customer-facing role or working closely with clients to develop tailored quotes. Familiarity with CAD software or electrical design tools. Experience working with international suppliers and customers.
