Responsibilities and requirements are listed below: We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations at our Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising receiving, storage, inventory control, material movement and shipping activities to ensure efficient and accurate warehouse operations. This position will responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations—including raw materials, finished goods, inventory accuracy, material flow, shipping/receiving, safety compliance, and efficiency—while serving as a bilingual communication bridge (English/Spanish) between local operations and the Chinese team. Bilingual Warehouse Supervisor -CCMX Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, material supply, shipments, and proper handling of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods. Ensure highly accurate inventory control, track system transactions within the ERP, supervise cycle counts, and lead physical inventories. Partner with Production, Planning, Purchasing, and Quality teams to resolve material shortages, coordinate movement priorities, and assign daily tasks. Enforce strict FIFO compliance, material traceability requirements, and maintain 5S, safety, and warehouse organization standards. Monitor and prepare key warehouse KPI reports, including inventory accuracy, material shortages, OTIF, and shipping performance. Manage warehouse personnel regarding daily attendance, discipline, training, and operational task assignments. Actively identify and escalate inventory discrepancies, operational risks, and exercise authority to stop incorrect material movements that affect production. Support internal and external audits related to IATF 16949, customer requirements, company procedures, and internal controls. Support and implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives, providing bilingual communication support between local and foreign teams. Qualifications Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse or logistics supervisory experience, specifically within a manufacturing or automotive environment (EMS experience preferred). Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, International Business, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, shipping & receiving processes, cycle counts, and physical inventory management. Proven proficiency in navigating and managing data within ERP systems and related inventory control software. Deep understanding of FIFO, material traceability, 5S standards, and Lean Manufacturing principles. Professional fluency in Spanish alongside intermediate-to-advanced English communication skills to thrive in a multicultural environment. Demonstrated ability to lead, discipline, and train warehouse personnel while maintaining a strong sense of urgency. Solid familiarity with KPI management, basic import/export logistics knowledge, and familiarity with IATF 16949 audit standards. Exceptional problem-solving, organization, and planning skills, combined with a sharp attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset. Why Join Us?
