Amazon’s Instock team is seeking a skilled and motivated Intern to learn about the management of daily purchase order control, vendor performance optimization, and solving operational issues together with our warehouse teams. In this internship, you can learn how to execute inbound follow‑up and outbound demand generation campaigns to promote a variety of Amazon services. Vendor education, vendor delivery process improvements, and purchase‑order follow‑ups play a critical role in leading best availability, inbound, and customer experience practices. You will receive training on how to work closely with multiple partners to help educate vendors and learn how to work on purchase‑order follow‑up or identify campaign target and messaging to effectively target key industries, use cases, or target customers. As an intern, you will be matched to a manager and a mentor. In addition to working on an impactful project, you will have the opportunity to engage with Amazonians for both personal and professional development, expand your network, and participate in activities with other interns throughout your internship. No matter the location of your internship, we give you the tools to own your project and learn in a real‑world setting. This internship position will be conducted from January 2026 to January 2027. Participants will join Amazon as interns at our CDMX Office in Mexico. Basic Qualifications Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including pivot tables, macros, index/match, VLOOKUP, VBA, data links, etc. Fluent in English (speaking, writing, reading). Fluent in Spanish (speaking, writing, reading). Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of SQL.
