Purpose of Job: Leads and optimizes local Finance activities based on corporate guidelines and standards, ensuring compliance with local regulations. Reports timely and accurately financial risks and opportunities to corporate stakeholders. Advises and supports local BU's/SU's. Responsibilities Ensures Country's compliance with group Finance principles, statutory and tax requirements. Identifies business risks and proposes adequate action plans to mitigate/ manage. Manages operative and strategic projects (restructuring, separation, TSA, others). Maintain a strong financial health in the company that allows participation in bidding processes. Ensures an efficient F&A organization structure and Internal controls achievements. Participates in local MC, Board of Directors and, if applicable, Local legal representative. Manages, motivates, and develops employees in accordance with the company's management principles. Proactive review of processes and leading efficiency improvements and standardization. Support the plans to Accelerate Digitalization in Finance. Meet country financial targets and Budget. Support treasury in-house banking transformation. Requirements Bachelor and Master’s degree in Accounting, Administration, Finances or Economic science. Around 8 to 10 years of experience as Manager of Finances in a multinational company. Strong knowledge in Accounting and Finances according to IFRS and local GAAP. Relevant work experience in the Finance, Accounting, Controlling, and Audit department of a multinational company. Fluent English and Spanish proficiency. Senior management experience influencing other areas and business. Experience in muticultural environment and developing teams. Desirable experience working with GBS operations centralization. Positive attitude, good communication and collaboration abilities, teamwork spirit and ethic.
