What You Will Do • Design, configure, monitor, and validate data product workflows supporting client delivery operations • Coordinate source file receipt with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders • Execute and monitor data processing workflows while ensuring quality, accuracy, and SLA compliance • Research, troubleshoot, and resolve data processing or workflow issues • Support high-volume identity and information data teams developing innovative products and services • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing priorities, metrics, deadlines, and deliverables • Participate in client discussions related to workflow solutions, troubleshooting, research requests, and change management • Audit and validate source/output data to ensure zero-defect delivery standards • Collaborate across technical and non-technical teams in a highly dynamic environment Requirements • Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of relevant experience in IT, data operations, delivery support, or technical client services • Strong attention to detail and ability to work within structured processes and SLAs • Experience communicating with clients and internal stakeholders professionally • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment • Microsoft Office proficiency • Basic to intermediate SQL or PL/SQL experience preferred • Comfortable researching issues, running queries, and supporting workflow solutions Qualifications • Exposure to data operations, marketing technology, analytics, or enterprise platforms • Understanding of workflow processing, quality audits, and operational support • Experience supporting technical delivery or client-facing data solutions • Ability to learn proprietary technologies and new technical platforms quickly • English communication skills required • Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional environments What Sets You Apart • Experience with Identity Resolution technologies or concepts • Exposure to PII or pseudonymous data environments • Familiarity with GDPR, privacy regulations, or secure data handling • Knowledge of encryption/decryption tools such as PGP/GPG • Cloud exposure in AWS, GCP, or Azure • Curiosity, adaptability, and a strong problem-solving mindset • Interest in developing long-term expertise in data technology and client solutions At Acxiom, you’ll gain exposure to innovative proprietary technologies, enterprise-scale data environments, and global clients while developing highly valuable technical and operational skills in one of the fastest-growing areas of the industry.
