Role's Mission As a research analyst, you will drive business decisions through strategic qualitative and quantitative research. Key Responsibilities Design and implement qualitative and quantitative research studies using a strategic and creative approach, adapting them to the specific business needs. Analyze and synthesize data to identify trends, actionable insights, and improvement opportunities in various areas of the company. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (marketing, product, design) to translate research insights into concrete business decisions. Produce engaging reports and presentations that inspire action. Stay informed about consumer trends, new research tools, and innovative research methodologies. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Psychology, Sociology, Administration or a related field. 2-5 years experience in user research, market research, or data analysis. Working knowledge of qualitative and quantitative tools and methodologies (interviews, surveys, basic statistical analysis, etc.). Ability to use data analysis and visualization tools. Experience in fintech, startups, or technology companies is a plus, but not required.
