As a Senior Delivery Assurance Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring end‑to‑end material continuity and delivery performance across manufacturing operations in Mexico and the United States. This position owns delivery execution (OTIF), proactively mitigates supply risks, expedites critical materials, and resolves financial or supplier constraints that could impact plant operations. By partnering closely with Sourcing, Finance, Quality, and Manufacturing, you will help enable stable operations, successful project execution, and timely product delivery—directly supporting Carrier’s commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Ensuring material continuity and preventing shortages that could impact production in US and Mexico plants. Owning end‑to‑end delivery assurance, including expediting critical materials and driving resolution of supply constraints. Escalating and resolving payment issues, invoice holds, Goods Received discrepancies, pricing gaps, and GRI topics in partnership with Finance, Sourcing, and Quality teams at a North America level. Supporting NPI (New Product Introduction) initiatives by ensuring proper materials setup, supplier readiness, and VMI/inventory model implementation prior to plant release. Driving On Time / In Full (OTIF) performance for operations and projects through strong execution and accountability. Leading and developing a team with direct reports, providing support to Residential and Light Commercial operations. Leveraging KPIs, metrics, and analytics to enable data‑driven decision making and continuous improvement using tools such as SAP, Excel, and Power BI. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field. 7–10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Materials, Operations, or Delivery‑focused roles. Proven experience managing materials continuity, delivery performance, and supplier interactions in complex environments. Demonstrated people management experience with direct reports. Strong analytical mindset with experience using KPIs and operational metrics to drive decisions. Advanced English proficiency. Valid US Visa. Experience supporting North America manufacturing operations (optional). Background in NPI, VMI, or project transitions from sourcing to manufacturing (optional).
