Overview A Day In Your Life at MKS: As a Supply Chain Policy & Procedure Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and standardizing global Supply Chain policies and procedures for a multinational high-tech manufacturing organization. You will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and internal standards to drive operational excellence and mitigate risk across global operations. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams including Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Operations to ensure policies are practical, effective, and aligned with corporate objectives. You will report to the Director of Global Supply Chain. Responsibilities Developing and maintaining comprehensive Supply Chain policies and procedures aligned with global regulatory requirements and corporate objectives. Establishing governance frameworks to ensure consistent application across regions and business units. Collaborating with Legal, Compliance, Finance, and IT teams to ensure policies meet internal and external standards. Creating clear, user-friendly documentation for processes, workflows, and guidelines, ensuring alignment with ISO standards and quality management systems. Managing document lifecycle, version control, and policy repository within the company’s policy management system. Conducting training sessions and workshops to ensure understanding and adoption of policies across global teams. Supporting internal and external audits by providing documentation and compliance evidence. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or related functions within a multinational manufacturing environment. Proven experience in policy development, process documentation, and compliance management. Strong knowledge of supply chain business processes, practices, and global compliance regulations. Excellent written communication and technical documentation skills. Proficiency in policy management tools, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and process documentation system (ARIS, Celonis, etc.). Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels. Preferred Certifications: Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM), ISO Quality Management certification, Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB).
