As a Quality Engineer II at Honeywell, you will ensure product quality and reliability through effective quality engineering practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality control processes, conduct audits, drive corrective actions, and continuously improve quality metrics. You will report directly to our Quality Manager and work out of the Ciudad Juarez, Mexico location on a hybrid schedule. In this role, you will impact product quality and customer satisfaction by implementing quality assurance strategies, conducting audits, and driving corrective and preventive actions to resolve quality issues effectively. Responsibilities Develop and implement quality assurance plans and processes to ensure compliance with company and industry standards. Conduct product and process audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Basic Requirements Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics. 3+ years of experience in quality engineering, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments. Intermediate English level. Strong knowledge of quality management systems, root cause analysis, and problem-solving techniques. Proficiency with quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, and Six Sigma methodologies to drive quality improvements and process optimization. Experience with quality auditing, corrective and preventive action implementation, and data analysis tools. We Value Advanced degrees in Engineering disciplines such as Mechanical or Industrial Engineering. Experience with Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent continuous improvement methodologies. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and metrics. Experience working in cross-functional teams and driving quality initiatives. Knowledge of supplier quality management and manufacturing processes.
