About the Role This position actively participates in budgeting processes, forecasting, report automation, and KPI analysis, collaborating with different business areas to drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Play a key role in the financial analysis and monitoring of the business, supporting the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and executive reports. Participate in process automation and improvement initiatives, using data visualization and analysis tools to support strategic decision‑making. Work closely with different departments to monitor financial indicators, identify optimization opportunities, and support projects focused on efficiency and profitability. Qualifications Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Financial Engineering, or related fields. Required Skills Previous experience in financial analysis, FP&A or controlling roles. Strong advanced Excel skills. Experience using Power BI and financial planning platforms. Demonstrated analytical thinking, organization, and a results‑oriented mindset. Intermediate‑advanced level of English for professional interaction and collaboration with international teams. Preferred Skills Experience in multinational companies or dynamic environments. Participation in financial automation projects. Ability to present information in a clear, executive, and strategic manner. Continuous improvement mindset, adaptability, and collaborative approach.
