Role Overview As a Lead Designer on Coupa’s Supplier Experience team, you will own the design vision for the Foundations pillar of the Coupa network. This pillar underpins the Supplier Grow and Transact experiences, providing the shared platform, systems, and workflows that connect suppliers to the full Coupa ecosystem. Responsibilities Own the design vision for the Foundations pillar of the Coupa network. Design core experiences that every supplier relies on, from onboarding and identity to profile management and navigation across Coupa products. Ensure suppliers can move seamlessly between Grow, Transact, and other Coupa offerings, without friction or duplication. Establish the Coupa Supplier Portal (CPS) as the single source of truth for suppliers. Consolidate fragmented experiences into a cohesive, AI‑powered network portal that gives suppliers clear access to all of Coupa.
