We are currently looking for a business-oriented lawyer to join our Legal Practice in Mexico City. This position is ideal for someone with strong experience in commercial contracts, day-to-day corporate advisory and practical legal support for multinational companies-beyond purely corporate housekeeping work. Main Responsibilities Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of commercial, operational and corporate agreements, as well as providing practical legal support for day-to-day business operations Day-to-day legal advisory for multinational companies operating in Mexico Support in corporate, compliance and regulatory matters Support in labor and employment related advisory matters from a preventive and business-oriented perspective Participation in corporate restructurings, transactional and governance matters Coordination with multidisciplinary teams including tax, accounting, payroll, HR and audit Direct communication with international clients and foreign management teams Practical legal support for operational business decisions Follow-up and independent handling of client requests and ongoing matters Profile We are looking for someone who is: Business-oriented and practical Proactive and solution-driven Comfortable interacting directly with international clients Highly organized and responsive Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously Interested in understanding clients’ businesses and contributing to long-term client relationships Interested in long-term professional growth within an international environment Interested in legal innovation, process optimization and efficient legal service delivery.
