Job Description The Sustaining Engineer is responsible for owning and maintaining the Busbar Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system, ensuring accurate, controlled, and production‑ready designs throughout the full product lifecycle. This role provides immediate response to design‑related production issues, and drives Design for Manufacturability improvements to support safety, quality, and efficiency. Busbar is an Engineered‑To‑Order (ETO) product, meaning each customer order is specifically engineered, leading to higher complexity and variation for departments supporting this product family. This position is ideal for individuals seeking a fast‑paced environment that fosters problem‑solving and continuous improvement.
