Service Delivery Manager – TMS & Digital Intelligence Job Overview Drive logistics excellence by combining deep SAP TM expertise with cutting‑edge AI and multimodal visibility solutions. The role supports both day‑to‑day operational activities and strategic transformation projects for our Digital Technology team based in Mexico City. Responsibilities Lead SAP TM operations: manage functional support and configuration for inbound and outbound transportation processes (Road, Rail, Sea) and maintain critical master data. Own end‑to‑end execution: oversee order management, freight execution, charge and settlement, carrier selection, and tendering processes. Manage Digital Intelligence & AI initiatives: collaborate on ontology design in Palantir Foundry and deploy Claude AI for document automation and exception management. Act as functional owner for visibility platforms (Project44, Intellitrans, Bluejay, BNL) and ensure seamless API integrations via SAP CPI. Serve as primary contact for manufacturing, procurement, and commercial functions, facilitating workshops and UAT cycles. Lead functional aspects of system upgrades and process transformations, producing high‑quality design documentation and providing hypercare support. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related field. 6–10 years of experience in SAP consulting or internal IT, with at least 2 years of hands‑on SAP TM experience (3–4 years focused on TMS). Proven experience in a full‑cycle SAP TM implementation from design through go‑live. Solid understanding of API‑based integrations (REST/SOAP) and middleware concepts. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Optional: SAP TM certification, experience with S/4HANA TM, Palantir Foundry, Power BI, or Claude AI; familiarity with Prince2, PMP, or Agile methods. Proven ability to perform root‑cause analysis on complex integration and configuration issues. Strong stakeholder management skills in a global, matrix organization; ability to influence without authority.
