What you’ll do Source, screen and engage top-tier candidates for technical roles (mostly Full Stack Python Developers) Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer, handling high volumes of roles and opportunities Use best‑in‑class tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, JuiceBox, etc.) to drive sourcing, outreach and candidate engagement Work to aggressive hiring targets; the harder you work, the more you earn (UNCAPPED commissions!)
