Main Duties and Responsibilities Responding to customer inquiries quickly and efficiently Outbound calling Building rapport with customers Collecting customer information for future follow-upsClosing sales and achieving company quotas Identifying sales opportunities Staying informed about product and service information updates Minimum Qualifications Ability to communicate (read, write and speak) in English and Spanish Must be able to travel to Mexico City office 1-2 Years experience in Customer Service or Sales Ability to travel to Canada and USA for training Experience with Salesforce considered an asset Excellent customer service Clear communication and active listening Ability to process information well People-oriented and experienced in rapport-building Ability to sell and promote Working knowledge of various technology and software programs Strong product knowledge Excellent time management Please submit resumes in English. #J-18808-Ljbffr
