This is a strong opportunity for an appraiser who wants to focus on high-quality valuation work, develop client relationships, and be part of a company that is actively building for the future of the industry. We complete a broad range of commercial assignments, with meaningful exposure to lender and institutional work across property types including multifamily, retail, industrial, office, and other special‑purpose assets. Minimum 4 to 5 years of commercial real estate appraisal experience. Demonstrated experience with commercial property types such as multifamily, retail, industrial, office, and mixed‑use assets. Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to manage assignments independently and meet deadlines. Experience with lender‑oriented or institutional appraisal work is strongly preferred. Comfort working in a tech‑forward environment and adapting to modern workflows.
