Therma-Tru Doors, a leading entry door brand, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our high-volume glass plant in H. Matamoros, Tamaulipas, Mexico. Job Description As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for planning and organizing your work team’s activities, prioritizing tasks that require immediate attention and ensuring they are carried out safely and timely. Organize and assign workflow and ensure employees understand their duties or delegated work tasks. Assess the work performance of the team and identify areas that need improvement. Analyze and make decisions on critical equipment failures. Ensure that productive and peripheral equipment is working 100% to avoid downtime for repairs. Coordinate equipment and building improvement projects. Maintain peripheral equipment of the plant (air conditioners, compressors, chillers, fire protection system, building, etc.) in operating condition. Supervise preventive maintenance and repair of equipment. Manage the purchase of materials necessary for preventive and corrective maintenance. Coordinate preventive maintenance programs. Maintain the inventory of key pieces of equipment (maximum and minimum). Lead daily meetings of the maintenance team (communication). Maintain the safety of your team members by applying safety procedures. Qualifications 5-10 years of experience and associate degree. Experience in personnel management. Excellent listening, oral and written communication skills. Experience in industrial electrical installations. Knowledge of interpretation of pneumatic, electrical, hydraulic, single-line diagrams. Knowledge of welding, PLC, substations, fire-fighting systems, molding process. Experience in failure analysis with electro-pneumatic and electro-hydraulic equipment. Technical knowledge in injection molding processes using UBE, ENGEL, VANDORN, and DME machines. Experience with CONAIR thermolators and INCOE temperature control systems.
