Overview We are seeking a UX Designer to translate complex business requirements into intuitive, elegant, and scalable digital experiences. This role combines user research, interaction design, and usability best practices to create human-centered solutions that enhance user satisfaction and drive business outcomes. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in user-centered design (HCD), excels at turning insights into actionable designs, and thrives in a collaborative, agile environment. Responsibilities Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, contextual inquiry) to understand user needs and behaviors Develop personas, journey maps, and task analyses to guide design decisions Create wireframes, prototypes (low to high fidelity), and user flows Design intuitive interaction patterns and responsive user interfaces Perform usability testing and heuristic evaluations to validate designs Define and structure information architecture for digital products Iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and A/B testing results Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA) Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders Present design concepts and rationale through clear storytelling and documentation Core Competencies User Research & Insights Journey Mapping & Persona Development Wireframing & Prototyping Interaction & UI Design Information Architecture Usability Testing & Evaluation Design Thinking & Human-Centered Design Agile UX Delivery Accessibility & Inclusive Design Collaboration & Communication Required Qualifications Proven experience in UX design, product design, or interaction design Strong expertise in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, contextual inquiry) Strong expertise in wireframing and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, Axure) Strong expertise in usability testing and heuristic evaluation Solid understanding of information architecture and user flows Solid understanding of interaction design and responsive design principles Solid understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA) Experience working in Agile environments with rapid iteration cycles Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills Preferred Qualifications Experience building and maintaining design systems, style guides, and component libraries Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) Familiarity with analytics tools (Hotjar, Mixpanel, Google Analytics) Experience with motion design, micro-interactions, and animation Exposure to UX writing and content design Understanding of service design and end-to-end workflow optimization Experience with emerging interfaces (AR/VR, conversational UX) Familiarity with collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Notion) Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions Key Skills User empathy and analytical thinking Creative problem-solving Attention to detail and visual clarity Strong collaboration and stakeholder management Ability to balance user needs with business goals Role Structure Headcount: 1 UX Designer Collaboration: Works closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams #J-18808-Ljbffr
