Participate in troubleshooting process issues and contribute to developing corrective actions. Learn and apply process engineering principles, methodologies, and tools. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including production, quality, and maintenance. Adhere to all safety and environmental regulations and company policies. Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Basic understanding of process engineering principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
