Role Overview As a Talent Consultant Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing employee skills and knowledge, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within our Internal Firm Services practice. You will collaborate with subject matter specialists and project teams to strategize effective ways to locate, assess, educate, and train employees, aligning talent strategies with business objectives to improve employee retention, development, and performance. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and stakeholders, delivering quality work while embracing ambiguity and using these moments as opportunities for growth. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will leverage your skills to respond effectively to diverse perspectives and needs, using a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will interpret data to inform insights and recommendations, upholding professional and technical standards, and contributing to the firm’s overall business strategies. Responsibilities Collaborating with leaders to align talent strategies with business objectives and improve employee retention and performance Managing employee life cycle processes, including onboarding, development, and terminations, to support organizational goals Utilizing HR software and metrics to analyze employee data and inform strategic human resource planning Developing and implementing employee engagement strategies to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth Supporting change management initiatives by embracing change and guiding teams through organizational restructuring Engaging in stakeholder communications to build meaningful relationships and anticipate team and client needs Applying analytical thinking to interpret data and provide insights for talent development and management Facilitating talent identification and enhancement through collaboration with subject matter specialists and project teams Upholding professional standards and HR policies to maintain compliance and integrity within talent management frameworks What You Must Have At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources preferably in a professional services firm Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart Preference for a Bachelor's degree At least one of the following: Human Resources certification (e.g. SHRM, PHR) Demonstrating proficiency in Human Resources (HR) Consulting Utilizing Human Capital Management strategies effectively Excelling in Employee Engagement Strategies and Talent Development Managing complex Employee Relations Program Development Applying analytical thinking to interpret data for insights and recommendations #J-18808-Ljbffr
