The HR Supervisor provides support to the HR Manager on guide and manage human resources services, policies, and programs. This position consult with company leadership on organization design and restructuring, and provide workforce analysis and planning. Responsibilities Arranging training sessions with all new hires and refresher workshops for existing employees. Handles routine labor relations and human resource inquiries related to policies, procedures, and bargaining agreements; refers complex matters to appropriate management staff. Serves as the initial contact and liaison for intake and assessment of employee complaints. Conducts initial interviews and gathers information for employee relations matters such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other concerns; informs appropriate HR staff when additional investigation is required. Assists with recordkeeping related to hiring, termination, leave, transfer, and promotion particularly as related to Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), and diversity initiatives. Collects information and data to assess cost and policy implications of negotiations and disputes. This may include management and union proposals, pay scales and wages, benefits, working conditions, and other mitigating circumstances. Conducts surveys, interviews, and other research related to human resource policies, compensation, and other labor negotiations; collects information and reports results to HR. Performing various administrative tasks and accurately processing paperwork. Organize company events. Counseling staff on HR policies, practices, and procedures. Key member to follow up Ethics and labor procedures and complaints. Works with HR Manager supporting all regulatory systems (ISO, CTPAT, OEA, RBA, etc.). Work closely with union representatives to ensure the best labor environment. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Marketing, Human Resources, or related. +3 years of related experience. Ability to work under stressful conditions. Successfully demonstrated ability to manage change. Demonstrated ability to deliver results through others. Experience in an HR role. Leadership skills and the ability to work unsupervised. Great written and verbal communication skills. Strong moral and ethical conduct. Competency in Microsoft Office, and business management and presentation tools.
