Responsibilities Lead supplier resilience efforts for Strategic, Critical and Core suppliers. The supply chain consists of both corporate suppliers (Indirect) and Hotel Supplier (direct). Stand up 3rd party business continuity program for Corp & Hotel suppliers for Strategic, Critical and Core Suppliers – including collecting, grading and monitoring Business Continuity plans. Stand up Supply Chain Mapping capability for IHG’s Strategic, Critical and Core Suppliers. Lead efforts to identify and mitigate contract risk for Strategic and Critical Suppliers. Lead efforts to identify and track contract obligations for Strategic, Critical and Core Suppliers. Work with the internal IHG teams to coordinate the way risk and resilience is reported across IHG. Lead communications and Change Management efforts relating to 3rd Party resilience and contract compliance. Enable Procurement teams to monitor resilience & compliance, utilizing tools and processes developed for Strategic, Critical and Core Suppliers. Work with other members of the Enterprise Supplier Management Team to advance the practice of risk & relationship management and 3rd party resilience. Report business resilience and compliance status to management regularly and on demand.
