Overview The Personal Assistant will attend to the needs of the General Manager for Mexico and Central America. Languages Advanced English Responsibilities We are seeking someone curious, dynamic, proactive, with a sense of ownership over all their activities. Great service attitude and teamwork with all levels of the company. Vision for planning and anticipation for problem-solving. Excellent follow-up and project completion skills. Excellent financial control of budget for events and travel. Management of both work and personal agenda of the General Manager (minutes preparation, meeting scheduling, calendar control). Availability 24/7 to attend to the General Manager's requirements. Planning, implementation, and monitoring of events worldwide. High handling of confidential information and compliance. Reservation management, travel arrangements, and expense verification. Both for the General Manager and other board members. Coordination with General Manager's transportation support staff. Supplier registration and administrative management. Compensation Monthly salary between 50k-60k MXN Benefits above those required by law.
