Who You Are Bachelor’s degree in engineering field or related Minimum 5 years’ experience being a QMS coordinator or QMS lead in Tier 1 or Tier 2 Automotive industry Team player with excellent leadership skills including interpersonal, oral and written capabilities coupled with a pro- active and hands-on working mentality Working knowledge of Statistical analysis, SPC, PPAP, FMEA, GD&T, Gage R&R and Control Plans Working knowledge and implementing quality management system of IATF 16949, 27001-TISAX and ISO 13485 and other related management system standards and ISO 19011. Working knowledge and implementing quality management system of ESDS 20.20 Knowledge in customer requirements VDA6.3, BIQS, MSA-Q1, GM 9 + 2 elements Advanced English What Will Put You Ahead Previous experience of having implemented and developed an IATF QMS for a new plant.
