Thishybrid role in formulation and packaging ensures the seamless transformation of new product developments into scalable,high-quality, and efficient manufacturing processes. What you´ll do Lead the technology transferof products from R&D to the plant, ensuring scalability, operationalefficiency, and compliance with quality standards. Coordinate and execute pilotruns and validations in the plant for new formula and packagingdevelopments. Act as the technical experton the shop floor, making real-time decisions and managing operationalconflicts. Collaboratecross-functionally with Development, Marketing, Quality, Deployment, andR&D to ensure successful product launches. Ensure proper implementationof packaging materials and their compatibility with production lines. Drive continuous improvementin transfer and packaging processes, proposing innovative and practicalsolutions. Document and standardizetransfer processes to ensure efficiency and replicability. What makes you a good fit Education: Degree inChemical, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Design. Experience: 3–5 years inmanufacturing environments, with proven experience in: Product transfer (formulaand packaging) from lab to plant. Implementing developments onthe production floor. Operational decision-makingand issue resolution in manufacturing. Technical Knowledge:Packaging, formulation, scale-up, validations, industrial processes. Languages: Advanced English(able to communicate technical topics and document in English).
