As a Payroll Analyst at Ruhrpumpen you will be responsible for executing payroll processes for US employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable regulations. You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to maintain payroll integrity and support reporting and audit activities. Key Responsibilities Process bi-weekly and off-cycle payrolls for U.S. employees (around 200 employees). Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations. Review and validate mandatory deductions, including Federal and State Taxes (Social Security, Medicare, Withholding) and 401(k) contributions. Generate and submit payroll reports to HR and Finance. Assist in preparing quarterly and annual tax filings (e.g., W2) via ADP. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and vendors (ADP, SAP) to ensure data accuracy and compliance. Address payroll discrepancies such as corrections, garnishments, and retroactive adjustments. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration. Fluent in English. Previous experience on internship or entry level positions in Payroll positions. We’re looking for motivated early-career professionals who are eager to learn and develop in a global environment.
